Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Used cleaning sponges or cleaning products
  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the goods are returned safely. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.

We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@deilija.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, provided the returned products meet the return conditions stated above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
